How to plan a party at Springbrook (must be a pool member in good standing):

1. Check the calendar below and find and open slot.

We allow a maximum of 50 party goers at one time.  For example, if you have a party of 30 and there is already a party of 25 scheduled at the same time or overlapping time you would need to find an alternative date or time.

There is a 3 hour window for each party which includes time for set up and clean up.

2.     Review the Springbrook Pool Party Guidelines.pdf

3.     Reference Springbrook Party Areas.jpg for your ideal location.

4.      Selecting your Area in the drop down of the Calendar below, select the desired date and follow the prompts.

5.     Await email from Pool Social Chair confirming your party.

6.     Once you receive request confirmation from the social chair your party area is reserved.

7.     Pack your party gear and head to the pool.

8.     Contact [email protected] with questions.

25-50 Guests $250

Step Two: Select the date
Step Three: Select Time
Step Four:Make sure to check the box that says I have an account for SpringBrook That will display a login, log in there.
Step Five: Pay Done
